Awards

The BOMA NL Award of Excellence Program sets the standard in our industry and recognizes excellence in property and facility management. It is for achievement not only for the quality of the product or service but also the people behind it.

This program is the gateway to the National TOBY Awards and International Awards. In addition, all entered buildings meeting our standards will be presented with an Award to recognize their achievement at the end of the certification process. Their certification lasts for three years, providing the building management team does not change.

In order to achieve recognition in the Award of Excellence Program, Buildings must meet standards in disciplines such as Building Management, Operations, Environmental Management, Community Impact and Tenant Concerns. Once achieved and quantified your building will have a very important tool to both retain existing tenants and attract new ones.

The 2009 Awards Program was a landmark event in the organization’s local history and we sincerely appreciate investment of time and interest of all the participants, the judges and the volunteers.  The program would not have been as successful without the contribution and support of such informed and interested individuals.

The BOMA NL Awards Program of 2009 is a testament to the level of growth the organization has experienced over the past few years and is statement of the positive future direction in which the membership is heading.  The BOMA NL Board of Directors and the membership are extremely excited about the advancement in the recognition component for our membership.
