BOMA Newfoundland and Labrador sister organization, the BOMI Institute, offers several designation programs that have become the recognized educational programs for commercial real estate professionals: the RPA (Real Property Administrator), the FMA (Facilities Management Administrator) and the SMA (Systems Maintenance Administrator).
BOMI designations help people at every stage of their careers. Even if you're an experienced professional – or manage a team of professionals – a BOMI designation can complement what you already know, fill gaps in experience, and teach important new practices and strategies. A BOMI education produces real benefits: from increased recognition and higher pay to improved performance and better teamwork.
BOMA NL offers a selection of BOMI courses in the classroom each season. A list of upcoming course is given below; to register for any of these courses or for more information please contact the BOMA NL office at 709-722-8765.
All BOMI courses are available in a self-study format and more information is available at the BOMI Canada website at http://www.bomicanada.com/.
